Hand-woven wool jacket, this particular fabric is called Kente and is traditional to Bonwire Ghana.

Kente is an ancient fabric: according to legend, a man named Ota Karaban and a friend, Kwaku, from a city called Bonwire, received weaving lessons from a spider who wove his web.

With this fabric rich in history I made these short Chanel-type jackets to wear in spring or winter under the coat.
