Shipping and delivery times

Bhanù Design works with GLS and DHL in Italy and with DHL abroad.

Normally delivery times for national shipments are 3 days. Please note that we ship from Sardinia and that it may take a few more days.

How much is shipping?

Where are my products shipped from?

The products are shipped from Sardinia and consequently deliveries may be delayed a few days, particularly during the high summer season.

Returns and refunds

When am I entitled to request a return?

From when you receive your order you have 14 days to make a return request.

To request a return, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with any labels and its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I proceed with the return?

To initiate a return, contact us at info@bhanudesign.com .

Specify which product you want to return, the date of purchase and attach photos of the product.

When the return is accepted we will send you instructions on how to proceed and where you should send the package.

Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What happens if I receive the product damaged or if it is not my order?

Check your order as soon as you receive it and notify us immediately if it is damaged, faulty or if there have been any errors.

We will organize the return and send you a new product or you will receive a refund.

Is the return free?

In the event of faulty or damaged products or in the event of an error with the order, the return shipping costs will be refunded.

In all other cases you will be responsible for the shipping costs to make the return.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The return has been completed and I am entitled to a refund, when will it be made?

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be made to your original payment method (with which you placed the order).

Please note that it may also take your bank or card company some time to process your refund.

Products

What does size S or S/M mean?

Size S corresponds to 40/42 while size S/M is slightly larger and corresponds to 40/44.

How should I wash Bhanù items?

On all garments there is a label with the composition and washing instructions, it is advisable to always wash cotton and silk garments in cold water using a delicate detergent and a max spin of 400, in this way the cotton fiber it will remain perfect and your garments will last much longer.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods, including credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to have an account to place an order, all you need is an email address.

However, we recommend that you register on the site so that you can check your orders more easily and waste less time on future purchases!
